Terms & Conditions
- All information including text & picture to be provided by the client in soft copy who should also be the legal copyright owner for the same.
- Order confirmation will be considered after receiving advance payment along with PO/PI.
- Techspin Solutions shall not be liable for any claims / damages arising out of content posted in your website.
- Cheque/Draft/Pay Order should be drawn in favor of “Techspin Solutions” payable at Ahmedabad.
- Work on services shall commence only after clearance of Cheque/ Draft/ Pay Order.
- Service void if payment commitment failed, bounced cheque is also failed commitment.
- In yearly contract payments system, customers have to make payment before due dates as mentioned.
- In any case of payment failure, we can suspend your account within 24 hours of payment failure notice via email or telephone.
- Bounced cheque will attract charge of Rs. 400/-
- Services interrupted due to non-payment are subject to a 500 INR re-connecting charge.
- Bulk Mailing is restricted
- If you require any backup then it is chargeable, if backup is available.
- Domain, Web Hosting and other services renewal charges may change after one year.
- For any addition/modification in website, web hosting packages and other services provided by “Techspin Solutions” charges will be extra.
- Interest @ 18 % per annum will be charged for delayed payment.
- All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order.
- No Cancellations are considered for those services that Techspin Solutions has obtained on special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Christmas etc. These are limited period promotional offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- For your existing account cancellation, all requests for cancelling any services must be made with at least 7 days before the next payment/invoice is due.
- Cancellation request is not applicable on Domain, Web Hosting, SSL, Payment Gateway Services provided by “Techspin Solutions”.
Refund Policy
- Any of our services are not covered by any money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the services, you have to report within 48 hours, and our Customer Service Team / Sales Team will look in to the matter and then will take an appropriate decision.
- For refund simply contact our support department with your purchase details within 48 hours of your purchase. Kindly tell us why you are requesting a refund, we will look after the matter on serious note and use it to improve our services.
- Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
- A cancellation fee of 8% will be deducted from the refunds and remaining refund amount will be processed within 21 days period.
Service and Support
- We will provide 24 x 7 web hosting related support only by mail. Telephonic support is limited to time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM IST in working days.
- For any technical solution, we will take minimum 2 to 6 hours in general issues. If there is any major technical or hardware fault, the time duration for this depends upon the fault.
- If there is any additional hardware or software update required, then the charges for that will be additional.
- For anti-virus security, you have to pay us the license fee for antivirus.
- General server down is less than 1 %, but in any major fault, down time depends on fault.
- For web design, website development, application or multimedia presentation development, the timeline will be provided to the client at the confirmation of the project.
- If there are any changes after design confirmation, there will be extra charges for the same.
- If any additional functionality required in any project beyond the discussed features, there will be additional charges for the same.
- We required all the required information regarding client and the project by E-mail (soft copy), so that we can fulfill your requirement and can better communicate with you.
- The communication and support time during the time of development of project and after the completion of the project regarding any query will be 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM on all working days though mail or telephone.
- We are not responsible for any harm, changes, or deletion of the client data on our server as if the rights of their ftp are given to them. Although, there is no threat of any kind of harm or damage or insecurity at our end.
- We reserve the right to refuse any of our services to anyone at any time for any reason.

- We reserve all rights to make any kind of changes to our terms and conditions at any time without any kind of notification.
- All the disputes will be subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction Only.
